Job summary

Textron in Piney Flats, TN, is seeking a 2026 Fall HR Co-Op to support manufacturing and people initiatives. This part-time role is limited to 20 hours per week and up to 1,000 hours per calendar year.

As an HR Co-Op, you will partner with HR Business Partners, Talent Acquisition, and EHS team members to assist with processes and programs that impact our workforce experience. You will gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced aviation environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor’s degree or higher in HR or related field.
• Able to work onsite in Piney Flats, TN.
• Availability August to December.

Qualifications

What You Will Need

• Actively pursuing a bachelor's degree or higher with a major in Human Resources, Business Administration, or relevant field required
• Able to work onsite at the Piney Flats, TN location
• Able to work from August to December
