Are you passionate about working with children and creating a fun, educational environment? We're looking for dedicated students to join our team as a Kids Club Student Worker. In this role, you'll work closely with the Program Leader to implement engaging lesson plans and lead various program activities independently. From group games to outdoor adventures, your active participation in daily activities will contribute to the holistic development of all children in our program.

Job Responsibilities

As a Kids Club Student Worker, you'll play a vital role in supporting the mental, physical, social, and emotional growth of every child. You'll work collaboratively with the team to identify and address any challenges or difficulties children may face, ensuring they receive the support they need to thrive. Safety and security are our top priorities, and you'll be accountable for maintaining a safe environment, monitoring attendance, and enforcing safety protocols. This position could include morning hours from 6:15 to 8:15 am as well as afterschool hours from 3:00 to 6:00 pm. Students if hired, would be able to leave their 8th hour class early to get to the elementary school in time to start this position.
