Salary & Benefits

The salary range is$47,588 – $103,098(based on the 2026–27 SEA Certified Salary Schedule ), depending on education and experience,plus a generous benefits package . The salary will be pro-rated based on hire date if hired after September 1, 2026.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

• Experience working withelementary-aged students;
• Strong understanding ofMulti-Tiered Systems of Support (MTSS)for academic and social/emotional/behavioral needs;
• Knowledge of and experience withResponse to Instruction & Intervention (RtI)frameworks;
• Familiarity withPositive Behavioral Interventions and Supports (PBIS);
• Demonstrated ability to support and respond to thediverse academic, socioeconomic, cultural, disability, gender identity, sexual orientation, and ethnic backgroundspresent in a K–12 school community;
• Strongrelationship-building skillswith students and the ability to establish effective classroom routines and management systems;
• Ability to buildcollaborative relationshipswith staff, students, and families;
• Experience providingindividualized, explicit instructionaligned to the core curriculum;
• Ability to effectivelymanage and supervise students and their learning.

Minimum Qualifications

• A valid Oregon teaching license (or ability to obtain one) with aSpecial Education: Generalist endorsement;
• Ability to successfully passfingerprinting, criminal, Oregon Department of Education, and TSPC background checks.
