Easterseals Wisconsin is seeking a Transition Coordinator to expand the Transitions program for teens and young adults with disabilities. The role focuses on resources for post-secondary education, leisure interests, vocational resources, job skills, and programming.

You will complete 450 service hours, attend and create four Transition weekend camp sessions in Wisconsin Dells, and receive a living allowance and an Education Award upon successful completion.

• Education level required: High school diploma/GED.
• Age 18+; maximum 99 years.
• Program runs 2026-2027.
• Part-time schedule.
• Location: Wisconsin.

Easterseals Wisconsin operates Camp Wawbeek and Respite Camp in Wisconsin Dells, WI. These camps are therapeutic recreation programs for children, youth, and adults with a wide range of disabilities. Campers engage in a full range of accessible activities in a safe and supportive environment. This allows the parents and caregivers a much needed break from primary caregiver responsibilities. Member Duties

The Transition Coordinator will help expand our Transitions program for teens and young adults with a variety of disabilities. This position will concentrate on developing resources and activities related to post‑secondary education, leisure interests, vocational resources, job skills, and general programming. Member will complete 450 hours of service including attending and creating programing four Transition weekend camp sessions in Wisconsin Dells, WI. Member will receive a living allowance, and an Education Award upon successful completion of the program.
