Who We Are

The US Open Tennis Championships is one of the highest-attended annual sporting events in the world. It attracts passionate fans from around the globe and features over 1 million on-site visitors, 200 million TV viewers, and extensive online and social media engagement. We are seeking Seasonal Court Attendants to monitor and maintain the courts during match play.

The Role

• Follow safety rules and regulations
• Maintain a safe and clean environment
• Interact with internal and external customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
• Provide courts with supplies needed for proper operation
• Maintain and upkeep the courts during match play
• Replenish supplies
• Clean up the courts after each match
• Dry courts when it rains
• Maintain proper use, storage, and placement of equipment
• Properly stock and store facility items such as nettings, center straps, and benches
• Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Punctual and presentable with neat grooming and a clean, well-maintained uniform
• Maintain a positive demeanor
• Excellent communication skills
• Available to work the full duration of the US Open, including days, nights, weekends, and extended hours
• Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or more
