Retail Crew Members are front-line employees who deliver a "wow" factor for our retail customers. An excellent Retail Crew Member has excellent customer service skills, an eye for detail to keep the retail environment clean and inviting, and is an ambassador for our brand. In this role, you will have fun working at the beach.

Job Duties and Responsibilities

• Provide enthusiastic and professional customer service at all times
• Work well with all ages of the general public
• Accurately and efficiently process customer sales
• Maintain a neat and organized register area
• Stay informed about current promotions and advertisements
• Follow all company policies and guidelines
• Maintain the sales floor, including folding shirts, dusting, vacuuming, and cleaning restrooms
• Perform other duties as assigned

Education and Experience

• Minimum of one-year relevant work experience preferred
• Experience in retail preferred

Skills

• Basic computer skills with the ability to learn register operations
• Basic math skills
• Effective communication with coworkers and guests
• Ability to learn tasks quickly and accurately

Working Conditions

• Primarily indoor environment with moderate noise level
• May require overtime and weekend work during peak seasons

Physical Requirements

Approximately one-third of the time involves climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, or crawling. The remaining time is spent standing, walking, sitting, and reaching. Ability to lift up to 25 lbs is required. Physical demands also include continuous computer work, register work, sales floor activities, events, and mail order tasks.
