We're looking for motivated and passionate individuals to join our Production Team as Operators. In this role, you'll play a key part in delivering high-quality products that delight our customers. Enjoy a 4-day work week on a fixed shift pattern, giving you more time to focus on what matters most to you.

What to Expect as an Operator at Mars Wrigley:

Your workdays will be filled with the scent of freshly made products, opportunities to develop your skills, and a team environment where no shift is ever dull. Shifts are 12 or 10 hours, with start times at 6am, 4pm, or 6pm.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Manufacturing experience (desirable but not essential).
  • Strong problem-solving skills.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow.
  • Attention to detail.
  • Initiative and ability to follow instructions.
  • Mechanical aptitude (desirable but not essential).
