Position Summary

The New York Red Bulls Operations Department is seeking motivated individuals to join our match day staff. The season begins in late February and continues through the end of the calendar year. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain comprehensive experience in operations at NYRB and Red Bull Arena (RBA). Responsibilities include working match days and non-match days at RBA and Montclair State University, with exposure to soccer events (MLS, USL, NWSL), special events, stadium projects, and support at the first team training ground. The position reports to the Director of Events.

Minimum Requirements

1. Physical Ability: Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform moderate labor over 8-12 hours. Capable of working outdoors in various weather conditions (heat, cold, rain).
2. Professionalism: Maintain professionalism around pro athletes and teams, staying composed and effective under pressure and changing conditions in a team environment.
3. Work Ethic: Ability to meet deadlines, prioritize tasks, multitask effectively, and deliver high-quality work consistently.

This is a temporary position.
