Job Responsibilities

The LNA-In-Training performs under supervision, providing direct patient care, assisting in unit functions, and supporting nursing staff. Responsibilities include completing assigned duties and adhering to policies and procedures.

Course Schedule

Didactic and clinical sessions run Monday-Friday, 7:30 am - 4:00 pm. After completing the course and passing the licensure exam, trainees transition into full-time roles, working 3 twelve-hour shifts and every other weekend.

  • High school diploma or equivalent; at least 18 years old.
  • Ability to follow instructions and eagerness to learn.
