202 5 Early Career Program- Corporate Finance & Risk Rotational Program

This unique two-year rotational position provides you with the opportunity to work in a variety of accounting , risk, and financial divisions and provides you with the knowledge and skills to build a rewarding career. You can expect to learn about Guardian and get hands-on experience in how finance , audit and risk are an integral partner to all areas of our business. This position will rotate across the Corporate Finance & Risk organization, focusing on one department or project every year . At the conclusion of the program, we anticipate successful candidates to transition into a full-time role within the Corporate Finance & R isk team .

You are:

  • A recent graduate (May 2025) preferably with a degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Business, Audit, Risk, or Mathematics
  • A team player with a can-do attitude who is looking to make a positive impact

You have:

  • A high level of comfort with finance and accounting principles
  • Analytical and creative problem-solving skills
  • Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstrated ability to deliver timely results
  • Knowledge of Oracle General Ledger and SmartView a plus

You will:

  • Assist in preparations for various reports, work papers, provisions and reconciliations
  • Assist in the preparation of State filings, quarterly financial statements and year-end accounting functions
  • Help team leads with the year-end and month-end planning process
  • Assist with completing and responding to various audit requests
  • Assist in tracking and reporting expenses, expense analysis, financial statement analysis, journal entries, importing bank feeds, processing bank reconciliations and various accounting functions
  • Support analytical projects related to liquidity, capital and hedging risk management
  • Help to build out reports in Oracle
  • Assist in process improvement projects to enhance risk, accounting and reporting efficiencies

Salary Range:

$57,810.00 - $86,715.00

The salary range reflected above is a good faith estimate of base pay for the primary location of the position. The salary for this position ultimately will be determined based on the education, experience, knowledge, and abilities of the successful candidate. In addition to salary, this role may also be eligible for annual, sales, or other incentive compensation.
