Director of Website Management
Reports to: Group Vice President of Revenue Marketing

Job Overview:
This role is responsible for owning the website experience and related analytics for OMNIA Partners. As a key member of the Revenue Marketing team, the Director of Website Management will work with marketing peers and outside agencies to drive our website strategy and execution.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Revenue Growth: Create a website experience that drives new customer acquisition as well as revenue growth and retention (cross-sell) within our existing customer base.
  2. Strategy: Direct the development and execution of a robust website strategy, including site navigation, site search, content updates, personalization, product launches, feature development, and maintenance.
  3. Optimization: Lead continuous optimization by seeking growth through performance analysis, SEO research on key trends and optimization, A/B and multivariate testing, landing page optimization, and more.
  4. Performance: Oversee and collaborate closely with IT, UX/UI, and solution providers for the technical and functional performance of the website ensuring efficiencies, user experience metrics, and site navigation optimization.
  5. Agency Partnership: Own relationship with outside service provider to strategize and execute website development.
  6. ROI Analysis: Track results to continually improve the user experience.
  7. Innovation: Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to inform and inspire our website experience. Foster a culture of creativity by testing new ideas and approaches.

Training/Skills/Experience:

  • 6+ years of website management experience.
  • Experience with technical SEO strategies and tools.
  • Ability to code in HTML and CSS.
  • Analytical and math-oriented marketer – strong understanding of web analytics with the ability to interpret data, identify trends, and make data-driven marketing decisions.
  • Proven experience working with marketing tools such as: Google Analytics, Typo3 or similar CMS, SEMrush, Google Data Studio, Hotjar, etc.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or related field.

*This role will be based at our Franklin, TN office. Candidates must be willing to relocate to the Nashville area.
