Northrop Grumman is seeking an Associate Project Manager to join the Aeronautics Systems sector Aircraft Solutions organization. This position will be located at the Air Depot Campus in Oklahoma City, OK.

The qualified candidate will join our growing team in the Restricted Programs Sustainment and Operations (RPSO) Operating Unit.

Your work will involve supporting a number of restricted programs, efforts, and tasks to include:

  • Prepare work instructions and checklists for project management tasks.
  • Review status of projects and budgets; manage schedules and prepare status reports.
  • Assess project issues and develop resolutions to meet productivity, quality, and client-satisfaction goals and objectives.
  • Develop mechanisms for monitoring project progress and for intervention and problem solving with project managers, line managers, and customers.
  • Maintain various metrics and develop associated dashboards for presentations.
  • Management of small projects within the larger program and business area.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Be completing or has completed their Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • Be able to obtain and maintain a U.S. Government security clearance (U.S. citizenship is a pre-requisite) as well as Program Special access within a reasonable period of time, as determined by the company to meet its business needs.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in global supply chain, procurement, project management, and/or data analytics.
  • Be majoring in or having majored in Business Administration, Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field.
  • Previous internship/co-op or other work experience, leadership & teamwork capabilities, interpersonal communication skills, and activities (professional/community/extracurricular).
