2025 Associate / Entry level Industrial/System Engineer / Local Rotational Graduate

Program Overview

AVANGRID offers a 2-year Local Rotational Program guided by three principles: Exposure, Experience, Engagement. Participants will rotate across multiple engineering functions, engaging in challenging project-based assignments, and developing technical, leadership, and business skills.

Program Details
  • Rotational Assignments: 6-9 months across tracks like Gas Engineering, Design & Delivery, with opportunities in various locations such as Orange, CT, Rochester, NY, and Augusta, ME.
  • Training & Development: Includes self-development, leadership training, graduate certificates at UConn, WPI, and GTI, seminars, and networking events.
  • Additional Opportunities: Participation in Peer2Peer learning, mentoring programs, and access to a toolkit supporting rotations.
Job Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's in Industrial/System Engineering
  • GPA of 3.2 or above preferred
  • Engineering co-op or internship experience preferred
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to read drawings and schematics preferred
  • Willingness to relocate as needed
  • Legally authorized to work in the US without future sponsorship
