Principles of the Program: Exposure, Experience, Engagement. It offers exposure to various business and engineering functions, challenging project assignments, and meaningful collaboration. The program involves three rotating job assignments over 6-9 months each, across tracks like Broad Engineering Experience or Specialized Areas, designed to develop essential skills for your future role.

Participants will work on impactful projects benefiting communities and have opportunities for process improvements or cross-functional tasks, possibly in Orange, CT; Rochester/Binghamton, NY; and Augusta/Portland, ME.

Job Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering (Power Systems, Data Analytics, Computer Science/IT, or Software Engineering preferred)
GPA of 3.2+ preferred
Engineering co-op or internship experience preferred
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Ability to read drawings/schematics preferred
Leadership qualities and initiative required
Willingness to relocate as needed
