As a Middle School History Teacher, your work will focus on the following:

Develop and deliver engaging, inquiry-based History and Social Studies lessons that foster deep reading, analytical writing, and critical thinking.

Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree (required).
Preferred: Teaching certification in History, Social Studies, or a related field, or enrollment in a state-accredited Alternative Certification Program by the start of employment.
Strong content knowledge in History disciplines, with experience in discussion-based learning and literacy development.
Preferred: Previous experience teaching Social Studies or interdisciplinary History courses, particularly in underserved communities.
