WHAT YOU’LL DO
As an Elementary Lead Teacher, your work will focus on the following:

Drive Academic Results

• Develop and deliver rigorous, engaging lesson plans aligned with RePublic’s curriculum framework and Common Core Standards.
• Use data to track student progress and adjust instruction to meet individual learning needs.
• Foster a classroom environment where scholars feel valued, inspired, and supported to achieve high expectations.

Foster a Collaborative Culture

• Work closely with your grade-level team to plan lessons, analyze student data, and implement effective teaching strategies.
• Participate in weekly professional development sessions, embracing constructive feedback to continuously improve your craft.
• Support and learn from colleagues, contributing to a school culture of growth, accountability, and joy.

Cultivate Meaningful Relationships

• Build strong, trust-based relationships with scholars, families, and colleagues.
• Communicate frequently with families about scholar progress, ensuring they are partners in their child’s success.
• Serve as a role model for scholars, demonstrating resilience, integrity, and optimism.
