Position Details

This full-time position involves working with students from K through 12th grade, focusing on assessing, diagnosing, and developing treatment plans for speech, language, and communication disorders. Collaboration with educators, parents, and other professionals is essential. You will also maintain accurate records and document progress according to school policies.

Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs
  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLPAs
  • Valid Massachusetts SLP or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
  • ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome; SLPA candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Previous experience in a school setting is a plus

Rate
  • Hourly rates are negotiable based on experience and pediatric caseload
  • SLPAs: $34-$43/hour
  • SLP-CFY: $45-$53/hour
  • SLP-CCC: $55+/hour
