Soliant is partnering with a school district near Washington Park, Illinois, to find talented and passionate Speech-Language Pathologists for the remainder of the current school year and the 2025/2026 school year. Position Details

This full-time role involves working with students from K through 12th grade, assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, and developing individualized treatment plans. Collaboration with educators, parents, and professionals is essential, along with maintaining accurate records and documentation in line with school policies.

Qualifications
  • Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs
  • Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLPAs
  • Valid Illinois SLP or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
  • ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome; SLPAs encouraged to apply
  • Previous school-based experience is a plus
  • Spring 2025 graduates are encouraged to apply for the 2025/2026 school year
Rate
  • Hourly rates are negotiable based on experience and pediatric caseload
  • SLPAs: $30-$36/hour
  • SLP-CFY: $45-$52/hour
  • SLP-CCC: $55+/hour
