Position Details

This full-time position runs through the entire 2025/2026 school year and involves working with students from K through 8th grade. Responsibilities include assessing and diagnosing speech, language, and communication disorders, developing and implementing individualized treatment plans, collaborating with educators, parents, and other professionals, and maintaining accurate records.

Qualifications

• Masters Degree in Speech-Language Pathology for SLPs
• Bachelor's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent for SLPAs
• Valid Indiana SLP or SLPA license or eligibility to obtain one
• ASHA Certification (CCC) preferred; CFY candidates are welcome to apply; SLPA candidates are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school setting is a plus
• Graduating Spring 2025 candidates are strongly encouraged to apply for the 2025/2026 school year

Rate

• Hourly rates are negotiable based on experience and practice setting
• SLPAs: $30-$35/hour
• SLP-CFY: $42-$48/hour
• SLP-CCC: $50+/hour
