About Us:
Soliant has partnered with a district near Morgan Hill, California to find a dedicated Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to join their team. This full-time role involves assisting K-12 students in both special and general education environments, helping them grow academically, socially, and behaviorally.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with K-12 teachers and staff to support student growth.
  • Provide supervision in both special and regular education settings.
  • Assist in preparing educational materials.
  • Implement and support MTSS/Special Education behavior plans.
  • Offer direct instructional and executive functioning support.
  • Track and document student progress.
  • Complete required annual safety care training.

Qualifications:

  • Experience working with K-12 students in an educational setting.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Knowledge of implementing behavior plans.
