This position is a two-year commitment leading to a full-time teaching position.
This is a non-contracted position, therefore there is no expectation of employment beyond the school year if the candidate fails to obtain the required teaching credentials.
This position may also be reassigned to another campus due to enrollment and staffing adjustments.

Teachers will provide students with appropriate learning activities and experiences to help them fulfill their potential for intellectual, emotional, physical, and social growth. Enable students to develop competencies and skills to function successfully in society. Teachers in this role will serve as the Teacher of Record for a classroom. Teachers will receive oversight of the instructional planning and practices for content area instruction.

Posture: Standing, prolonged sitting, occasional kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing pulling, and twisting

Lifting: Moderate lifting and carrying (up to 15 pounds); May require occasional heavy lifting and carrying (15-45 pounds)

$45,000 Minimum (Candiates who are not enrolled in an Alternative Certification Program-ACP)
$51,500 Maximum (Requires the candidate to be actively enrolled in an Alternative Certification Program-ACP)
2025-2026 Salary Schedule
Salary is based on working 187 days. Working less days is less salary.
