Overview

Part Time and Full Time positions available

Parking Lot Attendants are responsible for the efficient and safe flow of traffic through our Village Center arrival and drop-off zone and our parking lots on property.

Responsibilities
  • Monitors guests in the load zone to ensure they follow proper load/unload procedures (i.e., flashers, time limit, do not leave vehicles unattended).
  • Directs and controls traffic to ensure efficient traffic flow on resort property, including the Drop-Off zone.
  • Ensure guests are parked in designated areas.
  • Communicates with shuttle driver to ensure guests are picked up in a timely manner.
  • Completes daily shift paperwork where applicable.
  • Assists guests with unloading equipment and out of their vehicles when necessary.
  • Directs guests to resort services and amenities.
  • Helps guests with issues and inquiries following Jiminy Peak’s Standards of Friendly and Helpful Guest Service.
  • Actively picks up trash and debris from lots at the beginning and throughout shifts and shoveling/sanding when needed.
  • Responsible for the daily vehicle count.
  • Plows parking lot areas upon Manager’s request, provided the employee is qualified to perform such tasks.
