Substitute Student Sweeper. Lane A - $12.00 per hour, will work as needed, 177 days per year. Must be between 14-17 years of age to apply. There are no benefits with this position.

Purpose Statement
The job of Student Sweeper is done for the purpose of maintaining an attractive, sanitary, and safe facility for students, staff, and the public; providing equipment and furniture arrangements for meetings, classroom activities, and events; and minimizing property damage, loss, and liability exposure.
This job reports to the Head Adult Sweeper/Lead Night Custodian.

Responsibilities
Working under direct supervision using standardized procedures; providing information and/or advising others; operating within a defined budget. Utilization of some resources from other work units may be required to perform the job's functions.
Working Environment
The usual and customary methods of performing the job's functions require the following physical demands: significant lifting, carrying, pushing, and/or pulling, some climbing and balancing, frequent stooping, kneeling, crouching, and/or crawling, and significant fine finger dexterity. Generally, the job requires 10% sitting, 60% walking, and 30% standing. The job is performed under some temperature extremes and in a generally hazard-free environment.
