• Design and implement lesson plans aligned with the charter’s curriculum, reviewed by the dean of academics
• Adapt lesson plans for different learning styles
• Follow California Department of Education guidelines and charter policies
• Use data to inform instructional activities
• Collaborate on IEPs and instructional goals
• Manage teacher aides and volunteers
• Employ technology to enhance instruction
• Help students improve study habits
• Use assessments to evaluate success

Physical Demands and Work Environment
