Responsibilities

• Supervise shifts, ensuring quality, service, and cleanliness standards
• Train and develop crew members
• Maintain positive relationships with management and staff
• Conduct pre-shift meetings
• Manage labor and inventory costs
• Maintain reports and records in compliance with regulations
• Oversee building and equipment maintenance
• Handle shift cash procedures and deposits
• Ensure professional appearance and adherence to policies
• Uphold safety, sanitation, and security standards
• Perform other duties as directed

Qualifications

• Must be 18 or older
• Ability to meet physical demands
• Leadership and training skills
• At least 1 year of shift management experience
• Background check and drug screening clearance
• Valid driver’s license preferred
• Team-oriented, reliable, positive attitude
