What You Will Do

1. Supervise shifts, uphold quality, service, and cleanliness standards.
2. Train and develop crew members.
3. Maintain positive relationships with management and crew.
4. Conduct pre-shift meetings.
5. Manage labor costs and control inventory.
6. Maintain reports and records per standards and regulations.
7. Oversee building and equipment maintenance.
8. Handle cash responsibilities during shifts.
9. Maintain professional appearance and conduct.
10. Enforce HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies.
11. Represent Boddie-Noell professionally and embody its values.

What Will You Need?

• Must be 18 or older.
• Ability to meet physical demands.
• Leadership and training skills.
• At least 1 year of shift management experience.
• Ability to pass background and drug tests.
• Preferably a valid driver’s license.
• Positive, reliable, team-oriented attitude.
