Job Title - Restaurant Backline Cook/Hardee's

What Will You Do?

1. Cook products using grill or broiler and transfer to make-up table or over shelf for holding.
2. Cook products in fryers and transfer to make-up table, over shelf, or appropriate holding area.
3. Bake products in ovens and transfer to appropriate holding service area.
4. Toast buns and transfer to the make-up table for holding.
5. Assemble sandwiches using the proper amount of condiments.
6. Wrap or package products.
7. Clean, slice, and prepare produce to meet business demand.
8. Temper and label products with discard date as directed by management.
9. Set and communicate production levels of all products to meet business demand, avoiding overproduction.
10. Monitor holding times of products and discard expired or inferior products.
11. Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
12. Clean utensils, equipment, walls, and floors.
13. Maintain a cooperative, harmonious working relationship with management and team members.
14. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism at all times.
15. Adhere to all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe, compliant environment.
16. Perform other tasks as directed by management, representing Boddie-Noell Enterprises professionally at all times.

• Meet physical demands of role (lifting up to 30 pounds, constant standing, walking, grasping, reaching).
