**What You Will Do:**

1. Cook products using grill or broiler and transfer to make-up table or over shelf for holding.
2. Cook products in fryers and transfer to make-up table, over shelf, or appropriate holding area.
3. Bake products in ovens and transfer to appropriate holding service area.
4. Toast buns and transfer to the make-up table for holding.
5. Assemble sandwiches with proper condiments.
6. Wrap or package products.
7. Prepare produce to meet business demand.
8. Label products with discard date as directed by management.
9. Set and communicate production levels to meet demand, avoiding overproduction.
10. Monitor holding times and discard expired or inferior products.
11. Clean, organize, and restock all stations.
12. Maintain cleanliness of utensils, equipment, walls, and floors.
13. Work cooperatively with management and team members.
14. Ensure personal appearance meets company standards and displays professionalism.
15. Follow all HR, sanitation, safety, and security policies to ensure a safe environment.
