Position Overview

Individual Contribution: Design and implement high-quality, scalable backend services using Java Spring Boot, and modern responsive UIs using React.

Own the end-to-end architecture of the solution, ensuring performance, scalability, and security.

Review code produced by the offshore team, ensuring adherence to coding standards, best practices, and architectural guidelines.

Stakeholder Coordination:

Serve as the key technical liaison between your team and the customer’s architects, product owners, and technical stakeholders.

Technical Governance:

Define and enforce development of the best practices and architecture principles across the project lifecycle.

Work with DevOps, QA, and product teams to ensure a smooth delivery pipeline and consistent quality.

Documentation:

Produce and maintain high-level and detailed architecture/design documentation, technical specifications, and integration guidelines.

Qualifications

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience in full-stack software development.
  • Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, REST APIs, and microservices architecture.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
  • Proven ability to act as a hands-on architect and lead developer.
  • Experience working with and guiding offshore development teams.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills for effective client interaction.
