Description

Summary: The bartender is a team member responsible for providing exceptional products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment. They must have a genuine concern for guest satisfaction and represent the Company in accordance with its mission and policies. Must be of legal age to serve/sell alcohol and complete all required training, permits, and licenses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Prepare alcoholic beverages as per company directions.
• Adhere to all laws regarding alcohol service.
• Maintain current alcohol certification and training.
• Ensure consistent attendance.
• Promote coupons, promotions, and the Crown Club Program.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Handle monies and merchandise accurately.
• Operate, clean, and maintain related equipment.
• Follow all opening, closing, and show procedures.
• Follow emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
• Utilize sales techniques such as upselling and suggestive selling.
• Follow counterfeit bill procedures.
• Comply with all food safety laws and dress code.
• Greet guests warmly and thank them.
• Ensure accuracy of cash drawers, inventory, and coupons.
