Description

Summary: The bartender is a team member classified based on individual theatre needs, and/or employee availability, as either variable hour, part-time fixed, part-time regular or a full-time hourly employee whose main responsibility is to provide exceptional products with fast and friendly service in a clean environment. They must have a genuine concern for ensuring guest satisfaction and represent the Company in line with its mission and policies. Must be of legal age to serve/sell alcohol and complete all required training, permits, and licenses.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Prepare all alcoholic beverages as directed.
• Adhere to all laws regarding alcohol service.
• Maintain current alcohol certification and training.
• Attend regularly and consistently.
• Promote coupons, ongoing promotions, and the Crown Club Program.
• Provide exceptional guest service.
• Handle all monies and merchandise accurately.
• Operate and clean related equipment.
• Use storerooms and cleaning materials properly.
• Follow opening, closing, and show procedures.
• Follow emergency, evacuation, and robbery procedures.
• Use sales techniques like upselling.
• Follow counterfeit bill procedures.
• Comply with all food safety laws and dress code.
• Ensure guest satisfaction through friendly interactions.
• Maintain accuracy in cash drawers, inventory, and coupons.
• Understand popper operation and emergency procedures.
• Follow laws regarding breaks and meal periods.
• Complete or progress towards cast certification.
• Read and understand training on harassment and discrimination.

Pay Scale and Benefits

Pay: $20.66/hr

Benefits include free movie passes, discounted concessions, and participation in a 401(k) plan after six months and age 21.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent, with completion or progress towards cast certification and Regal Responsible Beverage Server training. Good communication, math, reasoning, and physical ability are required.
