Job description for UI/UX Designer

Experience: Minimum 3+ years of professional experience in UI/UX design.

The ideal candidate will have a strong foundation in user interface design, user experience principles, and a passion for creating intuitive, user-centered designs.

You will collaborate closely with product managers, developers, and other stakeholders to bring ideas to life and ensure a seamless user experience across our digital products.

Key Responsibilities:

1. UI Design: Create visually appealing, user-friendly interfaces for web and mobile applications.
2. UX Research: Conduct user research, including interviews, surveys, and usability testing, to gather insights and inform design decisions.
3. Wireframing & Prototyping: Develop wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to illustrate design ideas and concepts.
4. User Flows: Design and document user flows to ensure a seamless user experience.
5. Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and other designers, to ensure the successful implementation of designs.
6. Design Systems: Contribute to and maintain the company's design system and style guide.
7. Feedback Iteration: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders and users into iterative design improvements.
8. Accessibility: Ensure designs are accessible and inclusive, adhering to best practices and industry standards.

Portfolio: A strong portfolio showcasing your design work, including examples of UI designs, UX processes, and user research.

Tools: Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe XD, Figma, Sketch, InVision, or similar.

Knowledge: Understanding of current design trends, responsive design principles, and best practices in UX.

Job Description for Android/MERN Developer

Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in Android Development.

Exp in Android Architecture components like Kotlin, Java, Android X, Realm, RXJava, Retrofit, Rest Api, API Integrations, Firebase, Git.

1. We are seeking a talented and passionate Android Developer to join our team and play a key role in creating innovative and user-friendly applications.
2. Exp in developing new applications and strong knowledge of coding practices with involvement in full SDLC.
3. Exp in camera and Image processing, publishing mobile applications in Google play.
4. Solid understanding of Google's Material Design principles and Android interface guidelines. Design and develop applications that adhere to Google's Android design principles and interface guidelines.
5. Familiar with GIT, SVN and Mobile architecture such as MVC, MVP and MVVM.
6. Good technical knowledge and exp in OOPS design and programming.
7. Provide operational support, maintenance and enhancement of ongoing projects including troubleshooting of production issues and change request.
8. Passion for mobile development and a desire to learn and adapt to new technologies.
9. Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude.
10. You will be responsible for the entire development lifecycle, from design and implementation to testing and deployment.
