Job summary

Fanzup is seeking a Back-end Engineer to join our team. You bring practical PHP and MySQL experience along with solid back-end architecture and development instincts. This role offers fully remote work or the option to work from our USA office.

You will architect and build automation services for our cloud infrastructure, and refine, support, and evolve existing production services. English proficiency and Linux networking skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Strong working knowledge of Linux systems and networking.
• Comfortable reading and writing in English at an intermediate level.

In this role you will:

What we are looking for:

• 2+ years of hands-on PHP and MySQL experience
• Strong working knowledge of Linux systems and networking

• Sound back-end architecture and development ability
• A practical, methodical approach to problem solving.

Nice to have:

• Experience with PostgreSQL, Python, Go, Docker, or Symfony
• Background owning complex products end to end
• Advanced English reading and writing skills
• Designing and consuming RESTful services.
