Job summary

Brookdale Overland Park is hiring full-time Registered Nurses to provide skilled nursing, rehab and long-term care in a 5-star continuing care retirement community. The facility offers comprehensive benefits and has earned recognition for quality and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Implement and coordinate the delivery of care in collaboration with physicians and resource health care personnel.
• Registered Nurses will direct resident care to include making rounds on a timely basis to ensure continuity of care as well as documenting all pertinent information regarding care and observation of residents' overall condition and behavior.
• RN's utilize the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation and evaluation) in ensuring overall resident care.
• RN License is required.

Openings Include:

• Monday-Friday Evening Shift (2p-10p): Includes $4/hr shift differential
• Weekend Baylor (6a-6p) - *higher sign-on bonus for FT in this position
• Full-Time 7a-7p three days/week includes every other weekend ($4/hr shift differential Monday-Friday 2p-7p and on weekends)

Base pay in range will be determined by applicant\'s skills and experience. Temporary associates are not benefits eligible but may participate in the company\'s 401(k) program.
