Job summary

BAYADA Home Health Care’s Lehighton Office is seeking a compassionate nurse to join our Skilled Nursing team for private duty care. You will travel to a single client home each day to provide one-on-one skilled nursing services for two young adult sisters with seizure disorders, building meaningful relationships in a supportive home setting.

This role emphasizes autonomy, adherence to doctors' orders, and thorough documentation as you support the clients’ independence.

Qualifications

• Graduation from an accredited and approved nursing program, as indicated by school transcript or diploma.
• A current nursing license in good standing in the state of Pennsylvania.

Responsibilities

• Travel to one client home near you on a schedule you choose.
• Follow doctors' orders and document them properly.
• Perform assessments and monitor clients' conditions.
• Document observations, interventions, and evaluations.
