Qualifications

• 20+ patient encounters per shift; may include documentation time.

Responsibilities

• Provide Walk-In Clinic coverage as a full-time APC for the team.
• Work the clinic hours: Mon–Fri 7:00 AM–7:00 PM; weekends 8:00 AM–1:00 PM.
• Perform patient assessments, orders, and documentation.
• Ensure safety and high-quality care across age groups.

Job Details:

• Provide locum tenens Walk-In Clinic coverage seeking 1 FTE APC, which may be fulfilled by multiple providers


• Walk-In Clinic hours: Monday through Friday 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM; Weekends and Holidays 8:0 AM - 1:00 PM


• Providers are expected to work full shifts plus documentation time


• Must be comfortable treating both adult and pediatric patients


• 20+ patient encounters per shift


• BLS certification required


• Active Wisconsin state license required; IMLC not accepted


• Estimated credentialing timeframe is 90 days


• Start date: October 1, 2026 - Ongoing
