Job summary

Douglas Dynamics, LLC in Milwaukee is seeking a 1st Shift Welder to support our snow and ice control product lines. Regular schedule is 6:00 am–4:30 pm, Monday–Thursday with overtime Fridays; compensation starting at $19.00–$28.00 per hour, DOE.

You will perform set‑up and welding on various weldments, read job instructions, and maintain safety and 6S standards while working closely with a team to deliver quality components.

Qualifications

• Education: Welding Technology Degree desirable.
• 1–2 years welding in production setting desirable; strong math and blue print reading required.
• Robotic welding experience is highly desirable.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and regulate welding machines to produce high quality weldments.
• Welding on a variety of weldments and structures following job instructions.
• Maintain safety standards and participate in 6S and daily upkeep.
• Collaborate with teammates to deliver results and support customers.
