Job summary

Challenge Manufacturing in Richmond, KY, is seeking a welding operator to join the 1st shift team. You will perform MIG, spot, robotic, silicon bronze, and manual welding to produce parts per quality standards and the schedule. You will also support CNC operations, perform deburring, and log data in the PLEX ERP system.

• Experience in welding center operations and quality checks.
• Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures.
• Proficiency with MES/ERP data entry and documentation.

Responsibilities

• Support CNC machine operation and deburring tasks as needed.
• Record quality information in the PLEX ERP system and maintain production schedules.
