1st shift Warehouse Worker - Mosinee, WI

Shift

Monday – Friday, 7:00 am to 3:30 pm

Pay

$18/hr plus performance incentives that allow you to increase your earnings!

Role Overview

As a Warehouse Worker, you’re more than just operating equipment—you’re a vital part of our team. No experience? No problem! We provide a comprehensive, paid 2-week training program and ongoing mentorship to help you succeed. This position is safety-sensitive and part of our drug-free workplace policy.

Responsibilities

• Order Fulfillment: Picking, verifying, palletizing, and ensuring shipment accuracy using various Material Handling Equipment (MHE).
• Safety: Operating MHE like forklifts safely, following all safety protocols.
• Teamwork: Collaborating or working independently to meet workload demands efficiently.
• Inventory Management: Receiving, storing, shipping, and maintaining accurate inventory records with RF scanning equipment.

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and strong work ethic: Ready to contribute and work hard each shift.
• Dependability: Reliable, safety-conscious, and efficient.
• Physical ability to lift 50-60 pounds and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience: Forklift experience is a plus but not required; training is provided.
