**Compensation:** $17.25 / hour plus incentives

MSC is growing and seeking a team player who thrives in a fast-paced environment to perform manual and mechanical duties, moving raw materials throughout our Customer Fulfillment Center.

How You’ll Contribute

You will play a hands-on role in our warehouse to ensure the delivery of our product line to customers.

  • Load, unload, and move products by hand, skid, or cart.
  • Put away products, including DOT items, into bins and racks.
  • Verify products using item numbers, descriptions, and quantities; inspect for damage or improper packaging.
  • Scan labels into the warehouse computer system.
  • Stage products for put-away bins, overstock, or racks.
  • Consolidate racks and move/stage totes or skids for re-use.
  • Operate basic (electric pallet jack, forklift) and advanced (turret truck, order picker) powered equipment.
  • Cross-train in other departments to support business needs.
  • Follow safety guidelines, meet productivity and quality expectations, and participate in the Work Clean program.
What It Takes

The ideal candidate should have:

  • Basic computer skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Willingness to work overtime as needed
  • Internal certification to operate powered equipment within specified timeframes
  • Certification to handle DOT-regulated items if required
  • Physical ability to perform essential job functions (e.g., lifting up to 75 pounds, standing, walking, climbing, balancing, etc.), with accommodations available for disabilities.
