Job summary

Volt is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Specialist in Boise, ID to support a fast-paced warehouse with shipping/receiving responsibilities.

The ideal candidate will have strong computer skills (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams, OneDrive), the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, and detail-oriented work. Experience operating a 26 ft box truck is a plus and will be needed as we transition to full-time status.

Qualifications

• Proven experience with warehouse operations and inventory controls.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and cloud tools.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors as needed.
• Experience operating a 26 ft box truck is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.

Responsibilities

• Unload deliveries and coordinate truck routing in a fast-paced warehouse.
• Verify inbound/outbound quantities and descriptions for inventory accuracy.
• Locate and retrieve inventory using computer systems.
• Research and resolve product discrepancies and maintain records.
• Operate a 26 ft box truck for deliveries as needed (when converted).
