Job summary

Sunsrce in Boise, Idaho is seeking a warehouse associate to provide frontline customer service at the Will-Call counter, enter orders, and help customers find parts using friendly, professional service. You will pull, package, and ship orders, organize stock in the computer system, drive the company truck to deliver orders, and load/unload equipment, working with a team to meet delivery deadlines.

Qualifications

Experience in warehousing or physical distribution.
Driving and delivery experience is required.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Knowledge of PVC fittings or plumbing industry is a plus.
Excellent customer service skills and ability to work with a wide range of people.
Strong teamwork spirit and professional demeanor.

Responsibilities

Provide frontline customer service at the Will-Call counter, entering orders, answering questions, and selling parts using friendly customer service skills.
Pull, package, and ship orders accurately and cost-effectively for customers.
Organize stock and maintain locations in the computer system.
Drive company-owned truck and deliver orders to customers.
Provide excellent customer service when engaging with Sunsrce’s customers.
Load and unload truck deliveries.
