Gordon Food Service’s Springfield distribution center is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Selector. This full-time role starts at $20.90 per hour with opportunities for raises based on performance. Expect a 6:50 am start, Sunday through Thursday schedule, and overtime as needed in a fast-paced environment.

You'll be on your feet up to 10 hours, lifting up to 100 pounds, and working in freezer conditions. Training is provided by a dedicated team, with clear paths for advancement and company-supported
