Job summary

C&S Wholesale Grocers, LLC is hiring a Slot Cleaner for 1st shift at our Windsor Locks, CT location. You will sanitize the warehouse, maintain aisles and product slots, and support the warehouse team with cleaning and safety tasks.

The role requires learning to operate cleaning equipment, adherence to food safety standards, and reliable attendance. Shift runs Tuesday–Saturday from 5:00 AM to 1:30 PM, with training and benefits from day one.

Qualifications

• Must be capable of learning to operate necessary equipment.
• Ability to learn and comprehend food safety handling requirements.
• Demonstrates commitment and ability to work safely.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain warehouse aisles and product slots.
• Clean spills and damaged product using appropriate tools.
• Move product with pallet jack and clean slots with equipment.
• Assist in cleaning offices and break areas as needed.
• Maintain restrooms and ensure lights and doors are secure.
