Nokian Tyres is hiring for a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate. This role involves operating forklifts, loading/unloading, and maintaining accurate inventory in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts in a high-bay storage facility.
• Ability to enter data into logistics systems.
• Must pass pre-hire tests and background checks.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• HS diploma or GED required.
• 1–2 years in logistics/warehouse environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Operate logistics equipment safely and per schedules, safety targets, and quality standards.
• Receive goods and check for damage and invoice discrepancies.
• Pick, pack, receive, and dispatch outgoing goods as per orders.
• Load and unload delivery trucks, up to 85 lbs.
• Organize warehouse stock by product skew and forklift maneuverability.
• Submit reports on damaged or outdated stock and inventory variances.
• Verify incoming/outgoing products for accuracy.
• Assist in periodic inventory counts and notify leadership of shortages.
• Operate forklifts and PIT equipment with required licenses.
• Enter data into logistics systems to maintain records.
