Job summary

Olli Salumeria in Oceanside, CA is seeking a Material Handler for 1st shift (4:00am–12:30pm, Mon–Fri, with Saturdays as needed). The role supports accurate reception, storage management, and issuing of finished goods and raw materials.

You will operate sit-down/stand-up forklifts, ensure GMP/HACCP compliance, and maintain clear documentation while working in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• 1–3 years of experience in a food manufacturing environment.
• Excellent verbal communication skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
• ERP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, move, count/pick, stack and stage product and materials using forklifts as required.
• Maintain equipment and materials in a neat, clean and orderly fashion.
• Inspect equipment daily and operate safely following GMP/HACCP procedures and SOPs.
• Pull and prepare materials using FIFO for production orders.
• Follow daily production schedules and achieve set goals.
