Job summary

Utz Quality Foods in Goodyear, AZ seeks a dependable Logistics Loader/Warehouse Person on 1st shift, Monday–Friday 7:00 AM–3:00 PM, with some Saturdays as needed. You will load trailers, read load sheets, and help maintain inventory while ensuring food safety standards.

The role requires basic math and reading skills, forklift certification, and the ability to operate a sit-down forklift. PPE and non-slip shoes are required.

Qualifications

• Basic math and reading skills required.
• Knowledge of product locations and loading procedures learned on the job.
• Forklift operator’s certification required onsite.
• Must wear non-slip shoes with safety toe and PPE.

Responsibilities

• Loads trailers with finished product for distribution centers and warehouses.
• Reads load sheets to determine quantity for each destination.
• Unloads inbound trailers and places goods into inventory or designated areas.
• Operates sit-down forklift during loading/unloading.
• Assists with monthly inventory and maintains product row/stand integrity.
• Stacks pallets and manages load/unload per warehouse needs.
