Job summary

Richards Building Supply is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Kankakee, IL. The role involves receiving materials, loading and unloading trucks, and processing inventory. You must be willing to make deliveries in a non-CDL vehicle and work a 7:00 AM–4:00 PM shift.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Ability to lift 50–100 lbs repeatedly; some items over 100 lbs.
• Must pass background check and pre-employment DOT drug screen.

Responsibilities

• Receive materials into the warehouse and process inventory.
• Load trucks for daily deliveries and ensure loads comply with weight limits per DOT.
• Unload trucks and move materials to designated areas within the warehouse.
• Fulfill warehouse duties and assist with deliveries as needed.
