Job summary

GXO Logistics, Inc. is seeking a Clerk II in California for a 1st shift role (Mon-Fri, 6:00am-2:30pm). The position emphasizes accuracy, safety, and teamwork as you load/unload material and support lean warehousing on the floor.

A strong work ethic and detail orientation are essential to maintain smooth operations. Minimum 2 years in a warehouse, and experience with material handling equipment and handheld scanners are required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience operating material handling equipment and using a handheld scanner.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload material using hand trucks, forklifts, hoists, conveyors, etc.
• Ensure packaging, routing and systems work is completed quickly and accurately.
• Participate in and guide team in the Lean warehousing system on the floor.
• Complete tasks by following established procedures.
• Ensure all work is performed in a safe manner.
• Participate in stand-up activities with cross-functional teams.
