Inergroup Insourcing Solutions in Groveport, OH is hiring a 1st Shift Warehouse Associate. Pay is $17.00–$19.50/hr with weekly pay and full-time schedules. This role involves order picking, packing, RF scanning, and maintaining accuracy in a fast-paced distribution environment.

We offer medical, dental, and vision benefits, plus referral bonuses and a stable work schedule. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting up to 75 lbs and working in a non-temperature controlled warehouse.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs and frequently lift/move up to 75 lbs.
• Able to work in a non-temperature controlled warehouse (indoor temperatures change with the seasons).
• Must maintain productivity and accuracy standards.
• Ability to follow written, verbal, and diagram instructions.
• Must pass a simple math assessment (one of three versions).

Responsabilidades

• Perform warehouse functions including order picking, packing, and assembly of product.
• Use handheld RF scanners and equipment to keep the warehouse management system accurate.
• Assist with cycle counts, audits, and physical inventories.
• Follow company procedures and policies to complete tasks in a timely manner.
• Follow all safety policies and guidelines to keep yourself and others safe.
• Work cooperatively with other warehouse associates.
• Help keep the facility clean, neat, and orderly.
